This 2D panel is without shaped embossing and in the rough ANTHRACITE shade (this is the only very effective finish supplied by us in the Czech Republic in the shade RAL 9004T black texture - see the surface and design in the product photo galleries). Its advantage is a modern appearance, strength, robustness, representative appearance, safety and easy installation!!! These are all great features of the 2D anthracite panel. The height of the panel is 162cm and the length of the panel is 250.5 - 251cm. The panel mesh size is 50x200mm. The panel is made of hot-dip galvanized wires with a diameter of 5mm (horizontal and vertical) and subsequently plasticized using polyester technology to the color RAL 7016. The RAL 7016 ANTHRACITE shade is a modern multi-pigment set of various particles of coarse grains in colors from light gray to completely black, which, after mixing and high-temperature polymerization, creates the inimitable structure of the rough ANTHRACITE shade. This is how the structure of a modern rough surface is created. Attention!!! if you want a really high-quality solid fence, forget about the competing versions made somewhere in Asia, Poland or imported from weak wires and just sprayed with "gray" regular paint trying to imitate the structure of our multi-pigment ANTHRACITE colors. Mostly only galvanically galvanized wire is used. If you require the standard smooth shade RAL 7016 (dark grey smooth color), please select the smooth RAL 7016 modification button, we will apply a smooth version to you upon request.
The most modern technology of plasticizing with molten polyester plastic is a unique process preceded by degreasing of the wire, phosphating of hot-dip galvanized wire, dipping in zinc salts, plasticizing, polymerization, etc. The result is a top-quality surface-treated fence part, which stands out thanks to the 5.0 mm wire used, with extreme strength, durability and destined for the most demanding applications. The quality has been tested for decades by deployment throughout Europe from coastal states to the harsh conditions of Scandinavia. Other panel colors with the choice of plasticizing color you can choose various 3D panels and 2D panels in various designs and colors.
The panel is characterized by a straight profile without dents. The rigidity of the panel is given by horizontal wires with a diameter of 5.0 mm, which are placed in front of and behind the vertical wires (also 5.0 mm), which give the panel and the entire fence stability, strength and rigidity. The lower and upper edges of the panel are smooth. The panel has a wide range of applications. If you plan to fence a family house, swimming pool, company, playground or just make an aviary for a dog, this panel is the most suitable type of fencing.
