Only orders up to CZK 2,000 including VAT are charged at 300 CZK including VAT, see explanation below, otherwise shipping within the Czech Republic is really completely free. We send small items and accessories for 95 CZK in a PPL package.


How do I order an order with "free shipping"?

Very simply. Your only task is to fill out and send us the order. For example, using this e-shop or an online calculator . You can dictate the order to us on the phone number 494 544 123 or send it by e-mail to wiremetal@wiremetal.cz , and then just ensure that the order is accepted within the next three working days. We, immediately after sending your order, start processing and solving it. We will assign the order to a vehicle of the appropriate size, which will deliver it to you within three working days together with other orders from your area. You can find out the correctness of entering an order in our e-shop very easily. As soon as you send us your order, you will receive a confirmation SMS that it has been registered. Now it's up to us to sort it out.

What times and days do you deliver mesh?

We usually arrive for assembly on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. We primarily plan shipments in such a way that we respect and ship the material according to the customers' working hours (hardware, construction companies, construction companies, etc.). During the peak season, we also ship on Saturdays, but always after consulting with the customer and verifying the possibility of taking over.

How and when will I know when you will deliver the order to me?

Thanks to the use of the latest transport logistics software, which already simulates the transport according to the place of delivery, the number of accepted orders, transport complications during order picking, we will send you an e-mail the day after ordering at the latest, where you will find out the exact day + time on which your shipment will take place. In addition, the information system will automatically send you an SMS and an e-mail with the phone number of the driver who is driving the order for you and with whom you can promptly agree on the details of the delivery and collection of the goods. You will also find out the amount to be paid in the notice. Therefore, please pay extra attention to the correct indication of your telephone number, e-mail, but also the delivery address!

Can you really reliably deliver the order to me within three working days?

Yes, take our promise as binding. By using our own modern means of transport (we have over 40 pieces of transport equipment) and the company's trained employees, we guarantee the high quality and processing of your order, the professionalism of the import and the correct unloading of your order by our drivers. At the same time, our drivers, as experts, will be happy to provide you with information, advise and answer your questions regarding the delivered goods and the installation of fences + they will hand over installation instructions, a bonus publication and a loaned post drill. Only in peak seasons (April to May, days after public holidays, etc.) can the delivery be exceptionally delayed until the fourth or fifth working day after ordering. Why don't you use the collection services of carriers PPL, DHL, Czech Post and others?

We do not use foreign carriers and collection services due to the expressed dissatisfaction of our customers. Meshes are not only bundles of meshes, but also long bulky posts, large gate leaf frames, heavy goods, barbed wires, fragile components, electrical components and many other specific products. Even if he is the best and most skilled courier and carrier, if at the transport depot he is tasked with loading a garden tractor, a refrigerator, a sofa and thousands of other parcels onto your mesh in addition to these specific goods, it cannot turn out well. The result is an eternal ping-pong of (unrecognized) complaints between the supplier, carrier, customer, damaged goods and your anger.   Because we want to supply you with the entire order for your project, panels that have not been stepped on and not bent, posts that have not been scratched and not just half of the delivery, (because the package with the accessories will be collected by the driver in the next town, for example in Novák), we have been professionally transporting everything ourselves for 15 years. Our drivers are simply trained and employed in the delivery of meshes. They know how to handle the goods and will willingly and expertly bring them to you and put them in the required place. Regardless of the fact that the transportation of goods by foreign carriers is also expensive, we preferred to dissolve the financial savings into a reduction in the prices of our products. As a bonus, thanks to the unique logistic transport planning system, we guarantee delivery at a predetermined time and day (the date will be sent to you by SMS no later than the second day after ordering), so you don't have to wait a whole week for the collection service courier to come to you.

NEW !!! sending "little things" by the PPL collection service for CZK 95

At the request of customers, we introduced the service of sending "small items" and small orders by the PPL collection service for CZK 95. In the event that during the finishing of the fence or additional repairs, etc., you find that you are missing small elements (sleeves, tension ratchets, screws, small tools, etc.), you can create an order and choose sending the components for 95 CZK as the method of transport including the delivery fee in the package (max. 5 kg) by the PPL collection service. Items heavier than 5 kg will be sent in multiple packages or we will charge a multiple of this amount for transportation, so for example one package of 25 m of Ornaplast mesh will be delivered by PPL for 100 CZK. However, when choosing the components that can be sent, we had to choose products that are not susceptible to damage or deterioration by mass transport of the collection service and are not bulky. The selected components are clearly marked with a yellow "can also be sent by post" pictogram. Make your selection when placing an order in the "basket" of our e-shop. Here you can also enter a request for package delivery on Saturday - write us the request in the note. Packages are usually delivered the next day (Mon-Sat) after processing and sending the order. In case of a larger quantity or weight of the order, our in-house transport is more advantageous.

So what should I do on the advised delivery day?

On the day of delivery, just note the need to take over the shipment or authorize someone to take over the goods. If you're within range of your destination, it's easy. The driver will call you half an hour before the delivery and you will agree on the details of folding. Most of the orders can be placed by the drivers themselves, so all you have to do to take over is to hand over the money (or sign the delivery note – for permanent cashless paying customers) and specify where the driver should place the material. Of course, we will be glad if you help him. The driver will also explain the individual items against the document and together you will check the correctness and completeness of the delivery. We ask that you also have the phone listed on the order with you, so that the driver can fine-tune the necessary details with you when folding and searching for the destination.

To whom and how will I pay the net?

Since we deliver orders with our cars, the easiest way is to pay our driver. When submitting, he will present you with the issued tax document, against which you will pay him the amount for the mesh in cash or by credit card (all our cars are equipped with a payment terminal for VISA and MasterCard payment cards) . If you don't want to pay in cash or by card, or you can't (for example, due to the need to pay off goods from a mortgage loan), enter the form of payment - advance invoice - when ordering in the basket. We will issue this to you immediately after receiving the order and send it to your email for payment. We will only deliver the goods to you after they have been paid. The e-shop system will also offer payment by credit card in the basket. After approval, regular customers and bulk buyers can also pay with an ordinary invoice with a maturity of 14 days.

What if I have to leave unexpectedly at the time of collection?

The day before the implementation, our logistics system firmly calculates the exact time when the customers will be assembled during the calculation of the route, and sends an informational SMS and e-mail with this information to ALL customers. Despite the fact that the customer cannot be at the specified time for the acceptance of the mesh, our car must follow the route and reach the planned location. This is also why we cannot change the delivery times to ALL other customers due to one folding. The driver therefore already has other precise times planned when he should be with the customers. By not accepting the order, we incur additional financial costs and major complications, because the driver has to balance the uncollected goods from the car every time they are put away. Therefore, we ask you to choose a date when planning your order so that you are available for the next three days. If you are pressed for time or you are away from home, entrust another person to take over the fence for you. You don't have to worry, our drivers are willing to put the goods (except concrete products) in the designated place and explain everything. So you can also entrust a pregnant partner, son, grandmother, grandfather, neighbor... Just entrust him with an envelope of calculated cash, which he will hand over to the driver.

How is the transport of concrete products?

Due to the nature of the properties, especially the weight, it would be unfair to price concrete products including transport. Transport here represents such a large part of the cost of sales with transport that customers from all over the Czech Republic would automatically have to pay the most expensive possible transport calculated to the border areas of the Czech Republic, even if they were from a neighboring city. That's why we list the price without shipping for these products. Of course, our unique system in the e-shop www.e-pletivo.cz automatically calculates the shipping price of the required part after entering the delivery tracking number. Charged concrete parts (concrete columns and concrete sub-slabs) are clearly marked with the notice "paid transport". As standard, we transport concrete products by car without a hydraulic arm. They are most often flatbed trucks with a load capacity of up to 4 tons. We transport large orders with a 24-tonne truck. Based on the notification of the deadline, we need to provide a forklift or an excavator with palletizing forks, an agricultural manipulator, and other machines at the place of assembly. The second option is folding by hand. Our driver will be happy to help you, but due to the weight of the concrete products, it is still necessary to provide him with at least three additional workers for manual unloading. During the delivery, it is possible to agree with the driver on the exact time of arrival at the construction site, etc.

My order is only up to 2000 CZK, what about that?

We value all customers, even those who do not need to fence an airport or a large farm. So we won't turn our backs on you even for orders up to CZK 2,000. We can ship these small orders through our in-house system for a fee of CZK 300 including VAT, which customers contribute to the costs associated with the delivery of the goods. It should be noted that by sending via collection service, the cost of transport, including delivery, would be the same. In addition, by transporting with our own transport, we prevent the risk of damage. Unfortunately, due to the low-discount sales style, in this case, the customer's participation in the shipping costs is required. We send smaller accessories that are not prone to damage (sleeves, fasteners, buckles, etc.) for the amount of CZK 95 in a package by PPL courier.

Your competition also promises free shipping

Yes, however our customers' reactions to our competitors' advertised "free shipping" are not positive. It is offered mainly for disproportionately expensive components. If you are interested, send us your request for a non-binding comparison. Maybe you won't be surprised enough after the explanation. If you decide the prices yourself, do not forget to compare the parameters of the mesh wires, mesh size, galvanizing quality, whether, for example, the posts are only galvanically electrolytically galvanized or deep-dip galvanized on both sides like ours, or whether the offered components are coated with polyester (like ours) and or just comaxitized, etc.. Believe me, after fifteen years of experience, we know what we are writing about. Currently, there are many "living room" or "garage" e-shops. Many of the competitors who take mesh orders head on have no experience with mesh and some don't even own a warehouse. Some take orders according to the size of the order, and the smaller ones (up to 10,000), where the transport costs are higher than the profit, are not worth implementing. Either they don't call at all, or they offer transport "when they drive by" or for an additional fee. In some cases, they will send you the goods with a collection transport service for expensive money.

I am from abroad, will you deliver my order to Slovakia, Austria, Germany?

Yes, of course we can deliver your order outside the territory of the Czech Republic. We have been regularly delivering to satisfied customers from Germany, Slovakia, Poland and Austria for years. However, we deal with these business cases individually and, based on the distance and volume of the order, we decide whether the shipping will also be free or if the customer will pay for some part of it. Therefore, send us your request or order, and we will contact you and propose the best and most economical method of transporting the goods. In the case of an order by a company with assigned VAT, we invoice the goods in the deferred tax liability regime with VAT at 0%, as we are VAT payers.

What if I have atypical out-of-stock products in the ordered set?

Some orders include custom-made gates, colored panels, non-standard products and others that we do not normally stock and that are produced only after receiving the order (production usually takes up to ten days). In this case, after consultation with the customer, we always divide the order into two parts and deliver the stock items within three working days, the remaining custom products are dispatched immediately after production, packaging and preparation for transport.

So how does it all work?

Immediately after registering the order in our company information system, we sort and rank the orders according to individual districts and combine individual small orders into complete trucks, prepare tax documents and pick goods from the warehouse. The result is that we will deliver and import your order within three working days after receiving the order (orders over CZK 2,000 completely free of charge). Thanks to the use of the latest transport logistics software, which already simulates the transport of your order according to the place of delivery, the number of accepted orders, transport complications, etc., during order picking, we will send you an e-mail the day after ordering, where you will find out the day + time to the nearest hour . when will your shipment take place? In addition, the information system will automatically send you an SMS and an e-mail to the number entered in the order with the phone number of the driver who is driving the order for you and with whom you can promptly agree on the details of the handover and collection of the goods.

Our drivers are trained and employed in the delivery of meshes. They know how to handle the goods and will gladly put them in the desired place for you. On the day of delivery, we recommend that you have your phone with you. You can contact the driver yourself (by phone and SMS) around 9 o'clock and agree with him the details of taking over the goods (at that time the driver has already entered the daily driving schedule in the navigation). Upon delivery of the material, he will hand you the tax document (+ bonus publication), collect the money for the delivered mesh, give you advice and explain what to do with the components and leave for the next assembly.
