Therefore, we can guarantee that all orders over CZK 5,000 including VAT will be delivered within three working days by our own transport to anywhere in the Czech Republic for free, using our cars with a guarantee of delivery of undamaged components. Only orders up to 5,000 CZK including VAT are charged a fee of 350 CZK including VAT, see the explanation below, otherwise shipping within the Czech Republic is completely free. We send small items and accessories in PPL or Zásilkovna packages. The exact amount and shipping option are determined based on the weight and volume of the order. The system determines the shipping amount after typing the entire order and the amount is clear in the shopping cart step and it is up to you to decide whether you want to implement the order charged with this fee or whether you choose another method of transportation or supplier. The price list for shipping by collection service is: PPL 95 CZK + VAT for each 5kg package, or 22.30 CZK + VAT cash on delivery, Zásilkovna 53.70 CZK + VAT for each 5kg package + VAT, or 16.50 CZK + VAT cash on delivery. The system will calculate and display the exact amount for you in the first step of the shopping cart.
How do I order an order with "free shipping"?
Very simple. Your only task is to fill out and send us an order. For example, using this e-shop or in the online calculator . You can send us the order by e-mail to wiremetal@wiremetal.cz , and then only arrange for the order to be taken over within the next three working days. We, immediately after sending your order, start processing and solving it. We will assign the order to a vehicle of the appropriate size, which will deliver it to you within three working days together with other orders from your area. You can find out the correctness of entering an order in our e-shop very easily. As soon as you send us your order, you will receive a confirmation SMS that it has been registered. Now it is up to us to handle it.
What times and days do you deliver the nets?
We usually arrive for assembly on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. We primarily plan deliveries in such a way that we respect and deliver the material according to the working hours of customers (hardware stores, building materials, construction companies, etc.). During peak seasons, we also deliver on Saturdays, but always after consulting with the customer and verifying the possibility of acceptance.
How and when will I know when you will deliver my order?
Thanks to the use of the latest transport logistics software, which simulates transport according to the place of delivery, the number of orders received, and traffic complications when picking an order, we will send you an e-mail no later than the day after ordering, where you will find out the exact day + time when your delivery will take place. Furthermore, the information system will automatically send you an SMS and an e-mail with the phone number of the driver who will deliver the order to you and with whom you can promptly agree on the details of the handover and collection of the goods. You will also find out the amount to be paid in the advice. Therefore, please pay special attention to the correct indication of your phone number, e-mail, and delivery address!
Will you really deliver my order reliably within three working days?
Yes, take our promise as binding. By using our own modern means of transport (we have over 40 pieces of transport equipment) and our company's trained employees, we guarantee high quality and processing of your order, professionalism of import and correct unloading of your order by our drivers. At the same time, our drivers, as experts, will be happy to provide you with information, advice and answer your questions regarding the delivered goods and the installation of fences + they will hand over installation instructions, a bonus publication and a borrowed post drill. The usual delivery time is 3 working days. Only during peak seasons and to areas that are not on our regular routes, transport can sometimes exceptionally be delayed up to the fourth or fifth working day after ordering. Why don't you use the collection services of carriers PPL, DHL, Czech Post and others to send large shipments?
We do not use foreign carriers and collection services due to the expressed dissatisfaction of our customers. Meshes are not only bundles of mesh, but also long, bulky posts, large gate leaf frames, heavy goods, barbed wire, fragile components, electrical components and many other specific products. Even the best and most skilled courier and carrier, if he is given the task of loading a garden tractor, refrigerator, sofa and thousands of other packages onto your mesh in the transport depot in addition to these specific goods, it cannot go well. The result is an eternal ping-pong of (unacknowledged) complaints between the supplier, carrier, customer, damaged goods and your anger. Because we want to deliver the entire order for your project, untrodden and unbent panels, unabated posts and not just half of the delivery (because the package with accessories is folded by the driver in the next town, for example at Novák), we have been professionally transporting everything ourselves for 15 years. Our drivers are simply trained and experienced in the delivery of mesh. They know how to handle the goods and will willingly and professionally deliver them to you and fold them to the desired location. Regardless of the fact that the transport of goods by third-party carriers is also expensive, we preferred to dissolve the financial savings into reducing the prices of our products. As a bonus, thanks to the unique logistics transport planning system, we guarantee delivery at a predetermined hour and day (the date will be sent to you by SMS no later than the second day after ordering), so you don't have to wait a whole week for the collection service courier to arrive.
Sending smaller products by PPL collection service or Zásilkovna
At the request of customers, we have introduced a service for sending "small items" and small orders by the PPL or Zásilkovna collection service. If, when completing a fence or performing additional repairs, etc., you find that you are missing small elements (clamps, tensioning ratchets, screws, small tools, etc.), you can create an order and choose the method of transport to send the components for 95 CZK including delivery in a package (max. 5kg) by the PPL collection service. We will send items heavier than 5kg in multiple packages or charge a multiple of this amount for transport, so for example, one package of 25m of Ornaplast mesh will be transported by PPL for 100 CZK. When selecting the components that can be sent, however, we had to select products that are not susceptible to damage or deterioration by the bulk transport of the collection service and are not bulky. The selected components are clearly marked with a yellow pictogram "can also be sent by post". Make your selection when placing your order in the "basket" of our e-shop. Here you can also request delivery of the package on Saturday - write us your request in the notes. Packages are usually delivered the next day (Mon-Sat) after the order is processed and sent. For larger quantities or weight of the order, our in-house shipping is more advantageous.

So what should I do on the expected delivery date?
On the day of delivery, simply indicate the need to pick up the shipment or assign someone to pick up the goods. If you are within reach of the destination, it is easy. The driver will call you half an hour before delivery and you can agree on the details of the folding. The drivers can fold most orders themselves, so to take delivery, all we really need to do is hand over the money (or sign the delivery note - for regular cashless paying customers) and specify where the driver should fold the material. We will of course be happy to help him. The driver will also explain the individual items to you against the receipt and together you will check the correctness and integrity of the delivery. We ask that you also have the phone number listed on the order with you so that the driver can work out the necessary details with you when folding and finding the destination.
Who and how will I pay for the mesh?
Since we deliver orders with our own vehicles, the easiest way is to pay our driver. When you collect the order, he will present you with a tax document, against which you will pay him the amount for the mesh in cash or by credit card (all our cars are equipped with a payment terminal for VISA and MasterCard) . If you do not want to pay in cash or by card, or you cannot (for example, due to the need to pay off the goods from a mortgage loan), enter the form of payment in the basket when ordering - an advance invoice. We will issue this to you immediately after receiving the order and send it to your email for payment. After payment, we will only deliver the goods to you. The e-shop system will also offer you payment by credit card in the basket. Regular customers and wholesale customers can also pay with a regular invoice with a maturity of 14 days after approval.
What if I have to leave unexpectedly during the folding time?
Our logistics system calculates the exact time when the folding will take place at the customer's location the day before the delivery, and sends an information SMS and e-mail with this information to ALL customers. Even though the customer cannot be at the designated time to receive the mesh, our car must follow the route and reach the planned location. That is why we cannot change the delivery times for ALL other customers due to one folding. The driver therefore already has other exact times planned when he should be at the customer's location. Not accepting the order will result in additional financial costs and major complications, because the driver must unload the uncollected goods from the car each time the order is folded. Therefore, we ask you to choose a date when planning the order so that you are available for the next three days. If you are busy with time or are away from home, assign another person to take over the fence for you. You don't have to worry, our drivers are willing, they will put the goods (except for concrete products) in the designated place themselves and explain everything. So you can entrust your pregnant partner, son, grandmother, grandfather, neighbor... Just give them an envelope of calculated cash, which they will hand over to the driver.
What about the transportation of concrete products?
It would be unfair to price concrete products including transport due to their characteristics, especially their weight. Transport here represents such a large part of the costs of sale with transport that customers from all over the Czech Republic would automatically have to pay the most expensive possible transport calculated to the border areas of the Czech Republic, even if they were from a neighboring city. That is why we list the price for these products without transport. However, our unique system in the e-shop www.e-pletivo.cz automatically calculates the transport price of the required part after entering the delivery routing number. Charged concrete parts (concrete columns and concrete grave slabs) are clearly marked with the warning "paid transport". We transport concrete products as standard by car without a hydraulic arm. Most often these are flatbed trucks with a tarpaulin with a load capacity of up to 4 tons. We transport large orders by 24-ton truck. Based on the notification of the deadline, we need to provide a forklift or excavator with palletizing forks, an agricultural manipulator, and other machines at the assembly site. The second option is to fold it manually. Our driver will be happy to help you, but due to the weight of the concrete products, it is still necessary to provide him with at least three other workers for manual unloading. During the delivery, it is possible to agree with the driver on the exact time of arrival at the construction site, etc.
My order is only up to 5000 CZK, what about that?
We value all customers, even those who do not need to fence an airport or a large farm. So even for orders up to 5000 CZK, we will not turn our backs on you. We can dispatch these small orders using our in-house system for a fee of 350 CZK including VAT, with which customers contribute to the costs associated with the delivery of goods. It should be noted that sending via a collection service would make the transport costs even higher, and in addition, bulky panels, long posts are not transported by collection transport companies. By transporting using our own transport, we also prevent the risk of damage. Unfortunately, due to the low-discount sales style, the customer's participation in the transport costs is required in this case. Smaller accessories that are not prone to damage (clamps, fasteners, clips, etc.) are sent for 95 CZK in a package by PPL courier.
Your competition also promises free shipping
Yes, however, our customers' reactions to the advertised "free shipping" of our competitors are not positive. It is offered mainly for disproportionately expensive components. If you are interested, send us your request for a non-binding comparison. You may not be able to help but be surprised after the explanation. If you are going to commission the prices yourself, do not forget to compare the parameters of the mesh wires, the size of the mesh, the quality of the galvanizing, whether, for example, the posts are only galvanically electrolytically galvanized or deep hot-dip galvanized on both sides like ours, or whether the offered components are coated with polyester (like ours) or only comaxitized, etc. Believe me, after fifteen years of experience we know what we are writing about. Currently, there are many "living room" or "garage" e-shops. Many competitors who recklessly accept orders for mesh have no experience with mesh and some do not even own a warehouse. Some will take orders based on the size of the order, and smaller orders (up to 10 thousand), where the shipping costs are higher than the profit, are not worth it. They either don't respond at all, or offer shipping "when they come by" or for an additional fee. In some cases, they will send you the goods by a combined shipping service for expensive money.
I am from abroad, will you deliver my order to Slovakia, Austria, or Germany?
Yes, of course we can deliver your order outside the Czech Republic. We have been regularly delivering to satisfied customers from Germany, Slovakia, Poland and Austria for years. However, we handle these business cases individually and, based on the distance and volume of the order, we decide whether the shipping will be free or whether the customer will pay some part of it. Therefore, send us your inquiry or order, and we will contact you and suggest the best and most economical way to transport the goods. In the case of an order from a company with assigned VAT, we invoice the goods in the reverse charge regime with 0% VAT, since we are VAT payers.
What if I have atypical, non-stock products in the ordered set?
Some orders include custom-made gates, colored panels, non-standard products and others that we do not normally produce in stock and which are only produced after receiving the order (production usually takes up to ten days). In this case, after consultation with the customer, we always divide the order into two parts and import the stock items within three working days, while the remaining custom products are shipped immediately after production, packaging and preparation for transport.
So how does it all work?
Immediately after registering the order in our corporate information system, we sort and arrange orders by individual districts and combine individual small orders into complete vehicles, prepare tax documents and pick goods from the warehouse. The result is that within three working days of receiving the order, we will deliver and import your order (orders over CZK 5,000 are completely free). Thanks to the use of the latest transport logistics software, which already simulates the transport of your order according to the place of delivery, the number of orders received, transport complications, etc. when picking the order, we will send you an e-mail the day after ordering, where you will find out the day + time with an accuracy of the hour when your delivery will take place. Furthermore, the information system will automatically send you an SMS to the number entered in the order and an e-mail with the phone number of the driver who will deliver the order to you and with whom you can promptly agree on the details of the handover and composition of the goods.

On the day of delivery, we recommend that you have your phone with you. You can contact the driver yourself (by phone or SMS) around 9 a.m. and arrange the details of the goods pickup with him (at this time, the driver will already have a daily driving plan entered in the navigation). When delivering the material, he will hand you a tax document (+ bonus publication), collect the money for the delivered mesh, advise and explain to you what to do with the components and leave for the next folding.
