Goal 160cm high and 100cm wide with one post, plastic coated with padlock closure, woven with 4-sided (classic) mesh. The width of the entire goal incl. hinged posts is approx. 108cm. Only our company offers goals with posts with a diameter of 60mm and a wall of 2.5mm (the competition only offers 1.5mm, which rot much earlier)

The gate is made of galvanized pipes, which are plastic-coated in the shade RAL 6005 - fir green . Simple and cheap design in the padlock locking variant predetermines the use of this gate especially in combination with classic mesh wherever there is no need for frequent unlocking of this gate. You can choose other dimensions of the wings or strings in the modification. An overview of possible modifications can be clearly seen in the product image gallery. * Gate leaf - the outer frame is welded from a 38mm galvanized pipe , then another tubular frame from a 14mm pipe is welded into this frame. Then the entire frame is high-quality polyurethane plasticized in RAL 6005 - fir green . Then the inner frame is woven and sewn with 4-sided classic EXTRA mesh made of 2.7mm solid wire. A metal eyelet is welded onto the gate frame for attaching a padlock.

* The hinged goal post is made of a 60mm tube with a wall thickness of 2.5mm. The posts are approx. 50cm longer for concrete than the height of the goal (dig a hole for the post approx. 80-90cm, fill the lower half with concrete, compact it and then insert the post. For reinforcement, you can push a roxor, nail, wire, etc. across the post, which will prevent the post from rotating in the concrete. Supplied including a top cap. The second post is not supplied with the goal due to the intention of closing the goal to a regular fence post to which a separate goal eye is screwed.

* Gate accessories: upper and lower adjustable hinges that allow you to easily adjust the exact position of the gate leaf. The gate includes schematic assembly instructions for easy assembly and installation.

The goal is in a universal design for right and left use , using the closing mechanism you can set the opening direction towards you or away from you . Our tip! In case the welded eyelet is located on the other side than you need (inner or outer), purchase a replacement goal eyelet separately. The installation of the 4-sided (classic) mesh on the goal post is done by sewing the post with binding wire .

We recommend always bracing the goal on the hinged goal post. You attach the brace to the goal post using a 60mm sleeve .

Our tip for a very simple and trouble-free assembly that anyone can do without having to measure anything exactly during installation. ** Drill or dig a hole for the hinged post (to a depth of 80-90cm and the appropriate diameter depending on the type of soil), ** Assemble the entire assembly lying down, e.g. on mowed lawns, cardboard, carpet, etc. (insert the wing into the hinges, screw the hinges into the posts, etc.). ** Pour concrete to approx. 1/3 of the depth of the dug holes and compact it. ** Place the gate on the hinges with the post into the dug hole and concrete it to the surface of the ground . ** Let the concrete harden. ** Then use the adjustable hinges to fine-tune the exact placement of the wing in detail. The advantage is that this way you cannot make a mistake when concreting the posts and you are guaranteed to be able to install the gate easily and accurately.
