Shipping abroad

Below we describe our shipping options for your country. Switch the currency from CZK to EUR on the home screen to see product prices in EUR. Choose the desired products on our portal www.e-pletivo.cz and select the method of transport "abroad" in the basket. In the link to a specific country below, we list the options and prices for shipping abroad. After receiving the order, we will contact you, arrange the transport conditions of your order and suggest the transport conditions. If you agree, we will confirm the delivery and delivery conditions by email. You can pay the order by credit card to the driver or cash to the driver, or choose payment by advance invoice when ordering. If the suggested conditions do not suit you, we will cancel your order free of charge.

We are VAT payers (our VAT is CZ27463656), therefore we invoice companies that have their own VAT for goods without VAT (value added tax). We deliver over 25,000 orders annually in the Czech Republic, our company has a 25-year tradition, and you do not have to worry that we will not comply with the conditions or not deliver the goods after you have paid for the goods. Shipping exceptions

We do not ship abroad: concrete products (they are very heavy and cannot be folded by the driver himself), mobile panels size 200 x 330 cm for mobile fencing (they are very bulky and the transport costs are enormous and the driver cannot fold them by himself). Unfortunately, in the months of April and May, it is not possible to carry out transport abroad with our cars , because it is the peak of the season in the Czech Republic and we must have all our cars available to cope with the peak season. But we can send you the order by transport courier in April and May.

The region of Bavaria, Thuringia and Saxony

From our warehouse in Tymákov near Pilsen, which is not far from the border, we can send you our products and goods for the stated fee or deliver them with our vans.

Delivery time is approximately 3-7 days from ordering.

Don't forget to include your phone number, delivery address, etc... We will reply to you by email within 24 hours after receiving and we will propose a transport solution. We normally communicate in English or Czech. We will send you the answer in English + translate it into German using Google translator.

You can also place an order already by adding specific products to your cart and sending the order with shipping marked abroad. We will contact you within 24 hours and propose a delivery solution. We prefer this method because we clearly know which components you require, we also know the address from the order, the weight of the order, etc... You can always count on us to confirm your order and the method of transport for approval before implementation. We will present you with the total price in EUR.
