Base (foot) with a mandrel for attaching 60x40mm profile posts . Used for mounting square posts 200cm/60x40mm or 250cm/60x40mm or 300cm/60x40mm without the need to damage the solid surface and without the need to concrete the post.

The base plate of the pedestal is 10 x 15 cm , the pedestal is made and welded from solid materials and then hot-dip galvanized as a whole. In the corners of the base plate there are four holes with a diameter of 13 mm for attaching the pedestal with a dowel or chemical anchor to the concrete slab . The column is attached by placing the square column on the base mandrel and securing it with two self-tapping screws. The connecting material is not included (we recommend 10 or 12 mm steel dowels, hardened turbo screws or assembly using chemical anchors).

Ideal for building protective frames in halls or fencing in parking lots , etc. If the post is longer than the unused part of the length intended for concreting, we recommend shortening the post with a saw.

If you need to build a fence on a concrete base, for example in a parking lot, in a warehouse, or even on a concrete foundation next to a family house, you basically have no other option than to use footings.

Bases (footings) are manufactured for standard types of columns and struts.

• Round posts: 48 mm

• Struts: with swing-out plastic cap, diameter 38 or 48mm

• Jeckel posts: 60 x 40 mm, 60 x 60 mm,

Alternatively, from 100 pieces, you can request atypical production of any other diameter with delivery within 2 weeks.

The assembly principle is simple.

•The pedestal (foot) has 4 holes in the base.

• Use them to measure where you will drill into the concrete base and how strong the drill bit should be.

• You can then anchor the footings either with a through-bolt anchor or with a threaded rod, which you then fix in the concrete with a chemical anchor.

• Then you put the base on and secure it with the nuts.

• The nuts can be covered with plastic caps.

• The last step is to install the column, align it using a spirit level and secure the column on the base stud with screws.
