The base is used to mount struts with a diameter of 38 mm on a concrete base, made of galvanized sheet metal, the cap is made of high-quality, solid plastic. The strut base allows mounting the strut on flat surfaces (concrete panels, asphalt, concrete. base) without the need to dig and concretize a hole. The base includes a plastic cap, screw, nut (anchoring material is not included, but we recommend steel dowels, hardened turbo screws or installation using chemical mortar). The holes in the base are 9 mm.

In the product modification, you can set this base for struts with a diameter of 48mm.

If you need to build a fence on a concrete base, for example in a parking lot, in a warehouse, or even on a concrete foundation next to a family house, you basically have no other option than to use footings.

Bases (footings) are manufactured for standard types of columns and struts.

• Round posts: 48 mm

• Struts: with swing-out plastic cap, diameter 38 or 48mm

• Jeckel posts: 60 x 40 mm, 60 x 60 mm,

Alternatively, from 100 pieces, you can request atypical production of any other diameter with delivery within 2 weeks.

The assembly principle is simple.

•The pedestal (foot) has 4 holes in the base.

• Use them to measure where you will drill into the concrete base and how strong the drill bit should be.

• You can then anchor the footings either with a through-bolt anchor or with a threaded rod, which you then fix in the concrete with a chemical anchor.

• Then you put the base on and secure it with the nuts.

• The nuts can be covered with plastic caps.

• The last step is to install the column, align it using a spirit level and secure the column on the base stud with screws.
