End posts 270cm long are used at the beginning and end of each row of the vineyard. The end post is made of rolled steel sheet, 2.0 mm thick. Material: Hot-dip galvanised with a zinc layer of 275g per m2.
The end post is pushed into the ground at an angle of 80°, to a depth of approximately 80 cm. The end posts ensure the stability of the given row and are always placed against the tension of the wires, with the open side facing the fixing anchor. The standard dimensions of the end post height x profile are 2700 x 50 x 50 mm. The weight of the post is 6.5 kg.
Alternatively, concrete posts can be used to construct a vineyard track.
