MAGNELIS – a revolutionary material of modern times. Magnelis is applied in classic hot-dip galvanizing plants. The zinc bath contains 93.5% zinc, 3.5% aluminum and 3% magnesium. It is magnesium that is key here, as it forms a stable and durable layer on the entire surface of the base metal, which provides effective protection against corrosion. Magnelis® provides protection in the form of a thin film based on zinc and magnesium to the exposed cut edges of the sheet metal, thus preventing the corrosion reaction. This means that even during additional treatment of the rolled profile (such as pressing holes on the columns), the subsequent exposed edges are covered with a protective layer thanks to the self-regeneration of Magnelis. The end post is pushed into the soil at an angle of 80°, to a depth of approx. 80 cm. The end posts ensure the stability of the given row and are always placed against the pull of the wires, with the open side facing the fixing anchor. The standard dimensions of the end post height x profile are 2700 x 50 x 50 mm. The weight of the column is 6.5 kg.
