Plastic coated mesh 100 cm green 2.7 mm

The height of the mesh is 100 cm , it is without a tangled tension wire (read the advantages of this design in the detailed product description or in the assembly instructions ), the diameter of the wire including plastic coating is 2.7 mm . The mesh is made of solid hot-dip galvanized steel wire according to ČSN 426410 with a diameter of 1.7 mm , which is coated with extruded plastic after hot-dip galvanizing, the mesh is 50 mm , the color of the mesh is dark green - RAL 6005.

Molten plastic extrusion and 2.7mm thick wire ensure long life and durability of over 20-30 years!

4-sided mesh is the most common and non-universal mesh for general use and is used mainly for fencing houses, factories, playgrounds, gardens, agriculture, orchards or for fencing industrial buildings.

This mesh is manufactured according to ČSN EN 10223, which guarantees the highest quality!!!

The packaging of individual rolls is 25 meters, but we sell this mesh by the meter , so we can, for example, deliver 37 meters - i.e. a whole 25m package and cut 12m. Connecting individual meshes by twisting the connecting spiral (from which the mesh is made) is very simple and the joint is not visible at all. The fee for measuring the mesh and cutting it to the exact length from the roll is 78 CZK + VAT.

This 2.7mm wire mesh has been our "flagship" among 4-sided knitted meshes for 18 years. Despite constant pressure from other manufacturers and sellers, who reduce the production diameter of the wire by tenths of a millimeter, we still maintain the production wire diameter of 1.7mm steel core and 2.7mm incl. plastic coating, despite high production costs, because it is a design that guarantees great strength at an excellent price . However, if you need a cheaper, less strong mesh, choose the LIGHT mesh made of 2.4mm wire or the EKONOMIK mesh made of 2.5mm wire with a 6cm mesh . On the other hand, for mountain areas and large dogs, we supply the FORTE mesh made of 3.0mm wire . We also offer a mesh design with an already braided tension wire .

The durability and strength of mesh is determined mainly by the wire diameter and mesh size, so be sure to choose mesh made of the thickest possible wire and with a mesh size of 50mm.

For meshes with a smaller wire diameter and larger mesh size, their lower production cost is significantly reflected in their durability, strength and quality.
A legal trick of sellers and manufacturers also consists in stating the maximum "paper" increased wire diameter to the upper "possible" tolerance according to the standard. For example, the declared diameter "1.65mm" may actually be 0.1mm less according to the standard. At the same time, every 0.1mm of wire diameter reduces the weight, strength and useful value of the product by about 10%. Our internal company regulation tightens the tolerance to a maximum deviation of the diameter +/-0.03mm. The difference in weight of mesh, for example, made of 2.4mm and 2.7mm wire, is 31% (it is that much lighter and therefore less strong!!)

We recommend the following for installation:
tension wire in 2x mesh length + reserve 10%.
binding wire - 1 pack for 50 m of braid.
ratchets - 2 pcs for 25m mesh .
