Only our company offers goals that have posts with a diameter of 60mm and a wall of 2.5mm (the competition offers only 1.5mm, which rot much earlier) and an all-metal pocket for a high-quality deep mortise lock, plastic-coated with a stainless steel handle and lockable with a classic key , woven with a 4-sided (classic) mesh. The gate is made of galvanized pipes, which are plastic-coated in the shade RAL 6005 - fir green . The practical and functional design of this gate predetermines its use in all application segments, especially in combination with classic mesh when fencing gardens, family houses, orchards, etc.

You can choose other dimensions of the wings or strings in the modification. An overview of possible modifications can be clearly seen in the product image gallery. The modifications include the most common and most requested combinations of color, strings and dimensions. * Goal wing - the outer frame is welded from a 38mm galvanized pipe , then another tubular frame from a 14mm pipe and a pocket for the locking mechanism are welded into this frame. Then the entire frame is high-quality polyester plastic coated in RAL 6005 - fir green . Then the inner frame is woven and sewn with 4-sided classic EXTRA mesh made of solid wire 2.7mm.

* Goal posts (hinged and stop) are made of 60mm pipe with 2.5mm wall. The posts are approx. 50cm longer for concrete than the height of the goal (dig a hole for the post approx. 80-90cm, fill the lower half with concrete, compact it and then insert the post. For reinforcement, you can insert a roxor, nail, wire, etc. across the post, which will prevent the post from rotating in the concrete. Supplied including top caps

* Gate accessories: upper and lower adjustable hinges that allow you to easily adjust the exact position of the gate leaf, all fittings, leaf stop on the post, fasteners and a handle with a closing mechanism. The gate includes schematic assembly instructions for easy assembly and installation.

The gate is universal for right and left-handed use . You can use the closing mechanism to set the opening direction towards or away from you .

The gate does not include a cylinder insert , because customers often combine the key with the house key, but you can purchase it separately.

We recommend that the goal is always braced on both goal posts. The braces are attached to the goal posts using a 60mm sleeve . The installation of the 4-sided (classic) mesh on the goal post is done by sewing the post with binding wire .

You can order a color version other than fir green (e.g. a different finish, color, size) in the modification menu.

Our tip for a very simple and problem-free installation that anyone can do, without the need to measure anything exactly during installation. ** Drill or dig holes for the posts (to a depth of 80-90cm and the appropriate diameter), the axial spacing of the holes = the width of the goal + hinges + adjustable stop + post. ** Assemble the entire assembly lying down, e.g. on a mowed lawn, cardboard, carpet, etc. (insert the wings into the hinges, screw the hinges into the posts, insert the metal gate stop, etc.... ** Place the roof battens over the entire assembly over the upper hinge and approx. 10cm above the lower hinge and secure everything with, for example, plastic zip ties and thus firmly fix the entire gate and the posts. ** Place 5cm high blocks between the dug holes, which will define the gap between the paving and the bottom of the gate frame. ** Pour concrete into the dug holes to approx. 1/3 of the depth and compact it. ** Grab the ends of the battens and insert the fixed gate with the posts into the dug holes and concrete the entire fixed assembly to the surface of the ground. ** Let the concrete harden. ** Then use the adjustable hinges to fine-tune the precise spacing between the wings and the posts. The advantage This way you cannot make a mistake in the spacing and depth when concreting the posts and you are guaranteed to be able to install the goal easily and accurately.

The gate is not fitted with a key insert, as most customers combine the gate key with their house key. But you can choose the insert in the recommended accessories of the product.
