Solid, modern and high-quality 2D fence panel 143cm high and 250cm long in thick-layer hot-dip galvanizing

The panel is made of 5mm diameter vertical wires, which are welded together with 5mm horizontal wires on the front and back. The mesh size of the panels is 50 x 200mm. Horizontal reinforcement with front and back wires gives the panel the required strength. The attractive straight 2D profile of the panel without the need to create a recess gives the fence made of these panels a modern, unconventional look. The vertical wires are stretched 2cm at the top and bottom, thus creating a spike barrier against climbing over.

Despite the wide range of plastic-coated panels , hot-dip galvanizing is very popular and in demand, especially for 2D panel fencing . The gray natural appearance of hot-dip galvanizing underlines the architectural intentions of designers and investors for an industrial and modern look of fencing for family houses, industrial buildings, public spaces, playgrounds, parks, etc. The quality of hot-dip galvanizing is guaranteed by the proven technological process of dipping the entire welded panel into a bath of molten zinc with a purity of 98%. Panels manufactured and galvanized in this way have been serving our clients for decades without any change in appearance or defects in the surface treatment.

The application of the panels is simple and can be done by anyone. The installation consists of screwing the panels between (or onto) concrete posts. The panels are most often attached to:
** square posts 60x40mm using metal sleeves. This is the most common option and the option we recommend . The post is attached using 2-3 pieces of continuous metal sleeves 60x40mm . We also offer corner and end sleeves . The advantage of using a combination of a panel and a 60x40mm post and sleeves is that the module of the assembly length corresponds exactly to the 250cm/20cm height and 250cm/30cm height undergravel boards, so you don't have to shorten them.
** square posts 60x60mm . The fastening is done using a panel fastener Zn , when the panel is "on the side" of the post or using plastic fasteners , when the panel is not between the posts, but is placed in front of the post. In the case of using this system, it is necessary to shorten the 250cm long base boards by 5cm to the required module.
