Modern steel gate with square posts . The height of the wing is 150cm and the width of the wing is 100cm green (you can choose a different color or 3D and 2D panel strings using the "modification" button) , plastic-coated, with handle closure. The width of the entire gate incl. posts is approx. 117cm. This gate is particularly suitable for building fences in combination with LARIO , LARIOEco , 2D , Executive plus , Executive Plus anthracite , Top 100 panels. Thanks to its robustness and modern appearance, it is also suitable for urban furniture, playgrounds, parks, etc.

1) Basic serial version in green RAL 6005 (or coarse-grained anthracite RAL 7016 - set in modification) with welded mesh 46x46mm made of 3.0mm wire

* Goal wing - frame is made of a 40x40mm square profile , covered with a 46x46mm welded mesh made of 3.0mm wire

* Goal posts (hinged and stop) are made of a square, thick-walled 50x50mm profile and are longer for concreting into the ground,

* Gate accessories: upper and lower adjustable hinges that allow you to easily set the exact position of the gate leaf, a gate stop that determines whether the gate will open into the property or the street, all hardware , a handle, and a cylindrical tapered lock inserted into the gate leaf frame. The gate is universal for right- and left-hand use , using the stop you can set the opening direction towards or away from you .

*** Our tip for a very simple and trouble-free assembly that anyone can handle without having to measure anything exactly during installation. Please note that this only applies to this version of version no. 1!!! It does not apply to modified Exklusiv Plus goals. ** Dig holes 90 cm deep and spaced approx. 117 cm apart. Determine the diameter according to the bearing capacity of the soil and local conditions. ** The goal is factory-packed in plastic packaging, which is designed to make it easy to install this goal without unnecessary measuring. The packaging is designed so that the spacing of the posts in the original packaging is exactly as needed for installation. ** Take the goal and remove the plastic packaging that is under the frame, but leave the packaging where the frame is on the goal . ** Place 5 cm high blocks between the dug holes, which will define the gap between the paving stone and the bottom of the goal frame. ** Up to approx. Pour concrete 1/3 of the depth of the dug holes and compact it. ** Take the goal wrapped in the top part in the packaging and insert the posts with the wing in the packaging into the dug holes and concrete the entire fixed assembly to the ground surface. ** Let the concrete harden. ** Remove the rest of the packaging and install the goal wing, fittings, stops, etc. ** Then use the adjustable hinges to fine-tune the precise spacing between the wings and the posts. The advantage is that this way you cannot make a mistake in the wrong spacing and depth when concreting the posts and you are guaranteed to be able to install the goal easily and accurately.

2) More comfortable version Exklusiv Plus vs 3D and 2D strings (select using the "modify" button of the product)

* Goal frame - the frame is made of a very strong 40x40mm square profile with a 1.5mm wall around the entire perimeter of the frame, including a sheet metal pocket for the Czech wide mortise lock HOBES . The exact height of the frame in this design must be adjusted according to the height of the panel that we install on the goal.

* Goal posts (hinged and stop) are made of a square, thick-walled 50x50mm profile and are longer for concreting into the ground.

* Goal filling 3D and 2D panel - use the modification button to select the type of 3D or 2D wire . This is a very popular version of the design because the appearance of the goal is compact and the same as the surrounding fencing that connects to the goal. On the frame from the front view side (from the street) we rivet the required 3D or 2D panel in green or anthracite color with strong stainless steel fasteners in the color of the goal. The advantage is that the wire placed in this way at the front can be easily repaired and replaced in case of damage. To properly attach the panel, we adjust the height of the frame as standard according to this table. Do not forget that the goal is installed 3 - 9 cm above the terrain.

Our tip for a very simple and trouble-free assembly that anyone can handle, without the need to measure anything exactly during installation. ** Drill or dig holes for the posts (to a depth of 80-90cm and the appropriate diameter), the axial spacing of the holes = the width of the goal + hinges + adjustable stop + post. ** Assemble it horizontally, e.g. on mowed lawns, cardboard, carpet, etc.. the entire assembly (insert the wings into the hinges, screw the hinges into the posts, insert the metal gate stop, etc. .... ** Place the roof battens over the entire assembly over the upper hinge and approx. 10 cm above the lower hinge and secure everything with, for example, plastic zip ties and thus firmly fix the entire gate and the posts. ** Place 5 cm high blocks between the dug holes, which will define the gap between the paving and the bottom of the gate frame. ** Pour concrete into the dug holes to approx. 1/3 of the depth of the dug holes and compact it. ** Grab the ends of the battens and insert the fixed gate with the posts into the dug holes and concrete the entire fixed assembly to the surface of the ground. ** Let the concrete harden. ** Then use the adjustable hinges to fine-tune the precise spacing between the wings and the posts in detail. The advantage is that this way you cannot get lost in incorrect spacing and depth when concreting the posts and you are guaranteed to be able to install the goal easily and accurately.

In addition to wire fillings with panels, we can also make this goal without filling - just the frame and posts, where you attach vertical wooden bars, sheet metal filling, etc. to the frame... write your request in the notes.

* Gate accessories : upper and lower adjustable stronger PLUS hinge, with which you can easily adjust the exact position of the gate leaf, all fittings, gate stop, fasteners and stainless steel handle . The gate can be opened to the street and to the property (set with the gate sheet metal stop. When placing an order, we need to state whether you want the stainless steel handle on the right or left side when viewed from the street and in the order notes whether you want the panel pins to extend beyond the frame or not. You can purchase a cylinder insert for the gate.

For the construction of a panel fence, the gate does not buck and we recommend purchasing 4-8 pieces of panel mounts of the appropriate color for the gate, which allows you to install the fence panels directly on the goal posts without the need to concrete another fence post.

For Executive plus and Top 100 baled nets, we recommend placing a brace on the right and left of the goal post using the strong clip. The edge of the baled nets can be attached to the goal post with plastic clips.
