The gate is made of galvanized pipes, which are plastic-coated in the shade RAL 6005 - fir green . The practical functional design of this gate predetermines the use of this gate in all application segments, especially in combination with classic mesh when fencing gardens, family houses, orchards, etc. The width of the passage is designed and tested over the years to accommodate the entry of cars and trucks. You can choose other dimensions of the wings or strings in the modification. An overview of possible modifications can be clearly seen in the image gallery of the product. In modifications, the most common and most requested combinations are color, thread and size. In addition to the mentioned modifications, you can configure your goal/gate completely according to your wishes in our online configurator of gates and goals.

* Gate wings: - the outer frames of both wings are welded from 38 mm galvanized pipe , then another tubular frame from a 14 mm pipe is welded into these frames, and a pocket for the locking mechanism and a plug in the left wing are also welded into the right wing. Subsequently , the entire frames are high-quality plastic coated with polyester plastic in the color RAL 6005 - fir green . Then the inner frame of the wings is knitted and sewn with 4-hr. with classic EXTRA mesh made of solid wire 2.7 mm.

* Gate posts: 2 hinged posts are made of 60mm pipe, 2.5mm walls. The columns are approx. 50 cm longer for concreting than the height of the goal (dig a hole for the post approx. 80-90 cm, fill the lower half with concrete, compact it and then insert the post. For strengthening, you can push e.g. a roxor, nail, wire, etc. across the post, which prevents turning post in concrete, Supplied including top caps

* Gate accessories: a set of upper and lower adjustable hinges for each post, with which you can easily set the exact location of the gate wings, as well as all fittings, an adjustable stop of the right wing to the left, all connecting material and a handle with a closing mechanism - all in a maintenance-free design . The goal includes schematic assembly instructions for simple assembly and assembly.

The left wing of the gate when viewed from the street is secured against unintentional opening by a plug (with a "clamp", a locking pin), which cannot be opened when the gate is closed and locked, so the gate cannot be opened without unlocking it. The right wing locks into this left wing and closes. A handle and a locking mechanism are located in the right wing . With a simple setting, it is possible to choose whether the right gate leaf opens towards each other or away from each other . After unlocking and opening the right wing, the plug can be lifted at the left wing, and the left wing can then be opened freely to the street and to the property. The opening angle of the gate wings is approx. 130°.

If you need to install the gate in such a way that you want to have the handle on the left wing and on the right plug when viewed from the street (i.e. you turn it in a mirror image compared to the standard), it is possible, but write us this in the order notes: "the gate handle will be on the left" . We will pack a left-turning plug with the gate, which enables this (so that you have a plug, a plug towards the garden)

The gate does not include a cylindrical insert , as some customers combine the key with the house key, but you can purchase it separately.

We recommend always bracing the gate on both gate posts. You can fasten the struts to the goalposts using a 60mm socket . The installation of the 4-cornered (classical) mesh on the goal post is done by sewing the post with a binding wire .

You can order a different color design than fir green (e.g. a different treatment, color, size) in the modification menu.
