Tension ratchet green SUPER

The tensioning solid ratchet in green design is specially made for extremely stressed applications, strong wires, heavy fences, mountain areas, etc.

The ratchet is used for precise tensioning of guide (tension) wires of 4-cornered plastic or galvanized mesh. It is also suitable for tensioning 3.15 Zn wires in galvanized meshes and reinforced plastic-coated tensioning wire 3.0 / 4.0 mm.

The assembled fence needs to be divided into areas of a maximum of approx. 25 - 30 m, on which one ratchet is used for each wire (2 - 3 ratchets / 30 m). The principle of tensioning consists in stretching the wire on the shaft of the screw by turning the socket wrench. After proper shutdown, the nut of the screw is tightened with the second key and the wire is thus prevented from loosening. Designed only for posts dia. 48 mm.
