Solid steel 2-leaf gate made of 40x40 profile and with massive gate posts 80x80mm . The height of the leaves is 180cm and the width of the entire gate including posts is 365 to 370cm depending on the hinge settings , green (you can also choose a different color or 3D and 2D panel weaves using the "modify" button)

We offer version no. 1 with welded mesh 46 x 46mm made of 3.0mm wire in green (or in a modification in the shade of coarse multi-pigment anthracite), or in version no. 2 Exklusiv PLUS (see modifications and text below)

The gate is made of galvanized and then plastic-coated profiles, with a handle closure. This gate is particularly suitable for building fences in combination with LARIO , LARIOEco panels, 2D panels , Executive plus , Executive Plus anthracite , Top 100. Thanks to its robustness and modern appearance, it is also suitable for urban furniture, playgrounds, parks, etc.

1) Basic serial version in green RAL 6005 (or coarse-grained anthracite RAL 7016 - set in modification) with welded mesh 46x46mm made of 3.0mm wire

* Gate frames - are made of a 40x40mm square profile , woven with a 46x46mm welded mesh made of 3.0mm wire. Color green or coarse multi-pigment anthracite.

* Gate posts (hinged and stop) are made of square thick-walled profile 80x80mm/2.0mm and are longer for concreting into the ground,

* Gate accessories: upper and lower adjustable hinges on each wing with which you can easily set the exact position of the gate wing, a gate stop with which you determine whether the gate will open into the property or the street, all fittings , a handle, and a cylindrical tapered lock inserted into the wing frame. The gate is in a universal design for right and left use , using the gate stop between the wings you can set the opening direction towards each other or away from each other . The gate is equipped with a sophisticated ground plug, the design of which does not allow the plug to be lifted when the gate is locked . The plug is universal for right and left wings.

Our tip for a very simple and trouble-free assembly that anyone can handle, without the need to measure anything precisely during installation. Applies to version 1) and version 2) Exklusiv Plus ** Drill or dig holes for the posts (to a depth of 80-90cm and an appropriate diameter depending on the local situation and the bearing capacity of the soil), axial spacing of the holes = width of the gate + hinges + adjustable stop + post. ** Assemble it horizontally, e.g. on mowed lawns, cardboard, carpet, etc.. the entire assembly (insert the wings into the hinges, screw the hinges into the posts, insert the metal gate stop, etc. .... ** Place the roof battens over the entire assembly over the upper hinge and approx. 10 cm above the lower hinge and secure everything with, for example, plastic zip ties and thus firmly fix the entire gate and the posts. ** Place 5 cm high blocks between the dug holes, which will define the gap between the paving and the bottom of the gate frame. ** Pour concrete into the dug holes to approx. 1/3 of the depth of the dug holes and compact it. ** Grab the ends of the battens and insert the thus fixed gate with the posts into the dug holes and concrete the entire fixed assembly to the surface of the ground. ** Let the concrete harden. ** Then use the adjustable hinges to fine-tune the precise spacing between the wings and the posts in detail. The advantage is that this way you cannot get lost in incorrect spacing and depth when concreting the posts and you are guaranteed to be able to install the gate easily and accurately.

2) More comfortable version Exklusiv Plus vs 3D and 2D strings (select using the "modify" button of the product) you can also choose a version with or without filling (for installing e.g. wooden planks)

* Gate frames - the frames are made of a very strong square profile 40x40mm with a wall of 1.5mm around the entire perimeter of the frame, including a sheet metal pocket for a wide mortise lock from the Czech manufacturer HOBES . The exact height of the frames in this design must be adjusted according to the height of the panel that we install on the frames. We weld a closed steel pocket 80x40mm into the right or left frame when viewed from the street (select when ordering) , which contains the mortise lock mechanism, stainless steel handle and cylinder insert (not included in the product). Install a ground plug "rýgl, šuipák" on the second leaf (included in the delivery).

The "slider, bolt" plug is a ground rod designed so that when locked, it is not possible to pull the plug out of the ground and open the gate by breaking the wings. Only after unlocking and opening the wing with the handle (at least by approx. 10cm) can the plug be turned 90° and the second wing without the handle can be lifted and opened. There are 2 rollers on the gate frame, the lower one serves as a barrier against lifting the holder in the locked state, the upper one serves to put the plug away when open. The advantage of this plug is that you only need the key to the cylinder insert to lock it and you do not need any other (padlock) lock to secure our 2-wing gate. However, if you want the bolt to be locked, you can also lock the plug with a padlock, as there are padlock eyes on the gate and the bolt. This years-tested plug is protected by our patent design and is only available on our gates.

* Gate posts are made of square thick-walled profile 80x80mm/2.0mm and are longer for concrete embedding in the ground. (For an additional charge of 800 CZK + VAT, we can make the gate with posts on a plate for mounting on a concrete surface - please write your request in the order notes)

* Filling the gate with a 3D or 2D panel - select the modification button and choose the type of wire mesh 3D or 2D or without wire mesh . This is a very popular version of the design because the appearance of the gate is compact and the same as the surrounding fencing that connects to the gate. On the frame from the front view side (from the street) we rivet the required 3D or 2D panel in green or anthracite color with strong stainless steel clips in the color of the gate. The advantage is that the wire mesh, which is attached to the front in this way, can be easily repaired and replaced in case of damage. To properly attach the panel, we adjust the height of the frame as standard according to this table. Do not forget that the gate is installed 3 - 9 cm above the terrain.

In addition to wire fillings with panels, we can also make this gate without filling - just the frame and posts, where you attach vertical wooden bars, sheet metal filling, etc. to the frame... write your request in the notes.

* Gate accessories : upper and lower adjustable stronger PLUS hinge, with which you can easily adjust the exact position of the gate leaf, all fittings, gate stop, fasteners and stainless steel handle . The gate can be opened to the street and to the property (set with the gate sheet metal stop. When placing an order, we need to state whether you want the stainless steel handle on the right or left side when viewed from the street and in the order notes whether you want the panel pins to extend beyond the frame or not. You can purchase a cylinder insert for the gate.

For the construction of a panel fence, the gate does not buck and we recommend purchasing 4-8 pieces of panel mounts of the appropriate color for the gate, which allows you to install the fence panels directly on the goal posts without the need to concrete another fence post.

For Executive plus and Top 100 baled nets, we recommend placing a brace on the right and left of the goal post using the strong clamp. The edge of the baled nets can be attached to the goal post with plastic clamps.

You can order a color other than fir green (e.g. another color, anthracite, Zn) in the modification menu.
