2-wing gate , height 180cm and wing width 180+180cm, plastic-coated with padlock closure, woven with 4-sided (classic) mesh. The width of the passage is 360cm and the width of the entire gate incl. posts is approx. 376 cm. On both wings there are welded fixed eyes for attaching a padlock. The eyes are placed between the wings so that the padlock can be accessed and the padlock can be unlocked and locked from both sides of the gate. Custom production to customer order. Only our company offers gates that have posts with a diameter of 60mm and a wall of 2.5mm (the competition offers only 1.5mm, which rot much earlier)

The gate is made of galvanized pipes, which are plastic-coated in RAL 6005 - fir green . The cheap but reliable padlock locking system predetermines the use of this gate in segments of common use in gardens, orchards or farms - especially in combination with classic mesh for applications where the gate does not need to be opened often. * Gate leaves: - the outer frames of both leaves are welded from a 38mm galvanized pipe , then another tubular frame from a 14mm pipe is welded into these frames. On both leaves, there are welded eyes from the visible side "from the street" and a plug on the left leaf from the inside. Subsequently, the entire frames are high-quality polyurethane plasticized in the color RAL 6005 - fir green . Then the inner frame of the leaves is woven and sewn with a 4-sided classic EXTRA mesh made of solid wire 2.7mm.

* Goal posts: 2 pcs of hinged posts are made of 60mm pipe, 2.5mm walls. The posts are approx. 50cm longer for concrete than the height of the goal (dig a hole for the post approx. 80-90cm, fill the lower half with concrete, compact it and then insert the post. For reinforcement, you can push a roxor, nail, wire, etc. across the post, which will prevent the post from rotating in the concrete, Supplied including top caps

* Gate accessories: a set of upper and lower adjustable hinges for each post, which you can easily adjust the exact position of the gate wings, as well as all fasteners - all in a maintenance-free design . The gate includes schematic assembly instructions for easy assembly and installation.

The left gate leaf, when viewed from the street , is secured against unintentional opening by a plug ("slide", locking pin), which ensures arbitrary movement of the leaf, for example, in the wind. Welded eyes are used to lock the leaves together, into which the padlock shackle is threaded and the gate is locked "from the street side". The opening angle of the gate leaves is approx. 130°. Our tip! If you intend to lock the gate from the inside, purchase 2 eyelets for the gate , which you screw onto the frame of the leaves from the inside and you can lock the gate from the property.

The "slider, bolt" plug is a ground rod designed so that when locked, it is not possible to pull the plug out of the ground and open the gate by breaking the wings. Only after unlocking the padlock between the wings and opening the wing (at least by approx. 10cm) can the plug be turned 90°, lifted and opened the second wing. There are 2 rollers on the gate frame, the lower one serves as a barrier against lifting the holder in the locked state, the upper one serves to put the plug away when open. The advantage of this plug is that you only need one padlock for the gate leaf eyes to lock it and you do not need any other (padlock) lock to secure our 2-wing gate. However, if you want the bolt to be locked, you can also lock the plug with a padlock, as there are padlock eyes on the gate and the bolt. This years-tested plug is protected by our patent design and is only available on our gates.

We recommend that the goal is always braced on both goal posts. The braces are attached to the goal posts using a 60mm sleeve . The installation of the 4-sided (classic) mesh on the goal post is done by sewing the post with binding wire .

Our tip for a very simple and problem-free installation that anyone can do without the need to measure anything precisely during installation. ** Drill or dig holes for the posts (to a depth of 80-90cm and of the appropriate diameter), ** Assemble the entire assembly lying down, e.g. on mowed lawn, cardboard, carpet, etc. (insert the wings into the hinges, screw the hinges into the posts, etc....). ** Place the roof battens over the entire assembly over the upper hinge and approx. 10cm above the lower hinge and secure everything with, for example, plastic zip ties and thus firmly fix the entire gate and the posts. ** Place 5cm high blocks between the dug holes, which will define the gap between the paving and the bottom of the gate frame. ** Pour concrete to approx. 1/3 of the depth of the dug holes and compact it. ** Grab the ends of the battens and insert the fixed gate with the posts into the dug holes and concrete the entire fixed assembly to the surface of the ground. ** Let the concrete harden. ** Then use adjustable hinges to fine-tune the precise spacing between the wings and posts. The advantage is that this way you cannot make a mistake in the spacing and depth when concreting the posts and you are guaranteed to be able to install the gate or gate easily and accurately.
