Modern post with a base for concrete surfaces (or also in a version for concrete) 110 cm high is made of galvanized jack profile 60x40/1.8mm with extremely high-quality zinc treatment according to the DX51D + Z275 standard and subsequently plasticized with polyester coating in RAL 6005 (green) the same surface as our Lario panels, gates, etc.) The post wall is 1.8 mm. The plasticized polyurethane surface ensures high resistance and long service life. Color green RAL 6005. Plasticized in the Czech Republic under ISO 9002 certification. The post includes a top black cap, spacers and cover strip and connecting screws. You can use the post either to attach panels to the post from the front or for an endless panel assembly system, when the panel just passes through the post.
From the front side of the post, internal M8 threaded eyes are pressed into the post body and plastic spacers are attached for attaching a 2D or 3D panel (both types of panels can be installed universally). The entire front side of the post is elegantly covered with a 5mm thick strip that covers the panel joint.
The standard version of this post is for mounting on a concrete surface (there is a 12x12cm plate at the bottom of the post) or you can choose the version for concrete embedment in the modification, where instead of a plate, the body of the 60x40mm post continues at least 50cm into the ground (for concrete embedment.
